Vol.12 Online B2B platform for digital transformation of Korean tourism SMEs

In this Yanolja Research Insight, we explored ways to promote the digital transformation of small and medium-sized tourism enterprises. We identified the necessity of digital transformation for these enterprises and proposed an online B2B platform that can effectively enhance competitiveness. Additionally, we examined the roles of the central and local governments in operating this platform.
